In Dubai, Acube Developments Unveils the Dhs300 Million "Electra" Tower.

Due to the recent opening of several new projects, Dubai’s real estate market has experienced phenomenal growth. Acube Developments announced the launch of its Dhs300 million new project, “Electra,” in Jumeirah Village Circle on Wednesday, in an effort to infuse more flavor into the market.

The construction of the 38-story residential skyscraper is scheduled to begin on June 28, 2024, and it will be finished in 36 months.

The new project’s residents have access to more than fifty amenities, and the handover is scheduled for Q2 2027.

Electra, named for the blue-white star in the Taurus constellation, will have 278 opulent apartments, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. Each apartment will have perfect finishes, an Italian kitchen with exquisite craftsmanship, Bosch appliances, and Roca sanitary ware. Every unit has the newest smart home technologies installed, and it comes fully furnished with three different furniture design options. The spacious terrace pools in the 2-bedroom apartments will measure 4.6 by 1.8 meters. Thanks to a partnership with Sanderson Global Consulting, we developed over 50 exclusive amenities for residents of Electra, a first-of-its-kind residential tower. These amenities include private pools, a mini-water park with slides, a mini golf area, a bowling alley, indoor and outdoor play areas, indoor children’s cinemas, and picnic areas with a beach theme.
