Jeremy shared, “I have had the privilege of working across three continents, blending strategy, creativity, and innovation. My career began with a double degree in Art & Marketing from Miami International University, followed by various creative and strategic roles in global advertising networks like FCB. I then founded Twinpanda Ltd., a creative technology consultancy, and later served as Managing Director at Barbara Bui, where I spearheaded the brand’s restructuring and digital transformation.
Currently, as the CEO and Operating Partner at Hola Venture Partners, I focus on accelerating growth for entrepreneurs and their companies through strategic advisory and operational support.”

We were curious to learn about the factors that sparked Jeremy Schinazi ‘s interest in starting his business. So, we asked, “What inspired you to develop the idea of your company?”
He shared, “The inspiration for Hola Venture Partners came from my passion for building brands and high-performing organizations. The desire to help entrepreneurs shape the future through visionary products and services drove me to establish the company.”

“Initially, my focus was on mastering creative strategy and brand building. Jeremy responded, “One of the most challenging situations we faced was the restructuring of Barbara Bui during a financial downturn. This required rebuilding cash flow, reducing the debt ratio, and initiating a comprehensive digital transformation. It was a complex process that demanded strategic vision and meticulous execution.”
We further asked, “What’s the key strength to overcome it?”
He added, “The key strength lies in our ability to integrate strategy, creativity, and innovation seamlessly. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptive planning, we can navigate complex challenges effectively. Additionally, our emphasis on digital transformation and strategic foresight helps us stay ahead of the curve.”
