We wanted to learn about his position and role in the company, so we asked, “Describe your current role in Amsa Hospitality.”
“Being a member of Team Amsa always requires me to be proactive in the event and provide a safe environment for information. This requires creating and implementing an information technology policy and educating the team about it.
Working in Amsa Hospitality depends on flexibility and ease of access. In applying this, continuous and practical support for information technology is provided for remote work and building business applications dedicated to workflow approvals. Indeed, this matter requires that you be aware of the latest modern technologies and programs that make work a more flexible, comfortable, and safe environment.” he replied.
We were intrigued to know how he started the journey of his career. We asked, “Could you tell us something about your career journey?”
Akthar shared, “I have always been passionate about technology. I started my career as an IT Support Engineer. Then I worked as a Data Center Engineer, where I had the opportunity to work on projects related to implementing the latest data center technology. I later joined Amsa Hospitality as IT Manager, where Amsa Hospitality provides a great atmosphere to work with hospitality experts to develop and implement the latest technologies in the industry.”
Work-Life Balance and Goals
“What are your goals?” we asked.
He shared, “Using modern IT resources and approaches to support and enhance the strategic direction of Amsa Hospitality’s long-term goals by providing a robust, secure IT infrastructure that supports on-demand access to information , Mitigating cyber risks by creating awareness among employees and implementing cybersecurity compliance in the hotel IT infrastructure.”
“And being a green company in its dealings, we at Amsa Hospitality encourage the adoption of technology to reduce the consumption of wasted resources for a better environment, not to mention its benefits also at the work level in helping to increase team member productivity because it expands the boundaries of information availability.”, he further added.
