The Madinah In a every week, 6,252,097 worshipers have come to Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah to offer prayers, a rise of over 500,000 over the week before.

In order to better assist worshippers around the Prophet’s Mosque, several departments of the General Authority for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques are stepping up their fieldwork and advisory activities.

Thirteen thousand five hundred people were able to offer prayers in the Rawdah Al Sharif in a calm and secure manner thanks to the crowd control procedures put in place at the Prophet’s Mosque.

It is becoming more common to see worshippers packed into the Prophet’s Mosque. Because of this, the operating authorities are working to educate worshippers in multiple languages. One such effort is the Guidance Department, which offers services to this end. Staff members at five different gates within the mosque—namely, 336, 328, 364, 301, and 316—provide information to guests in their native tongues.

It also consists of round-the-clock field services, such as organizing entry and exit, supervising the regularity of sterilization, cleaning, and water programs, and monitoring weather conditions to shield worshippers from the sun and rain.
