Ramadan tents spread around the country as the holy month of Ramadan begins. During Ramadan, Iftar tent organizers guarantee that meals are ready well before the Maghreb (evening) call to prayer. These tents are placed up in all squares across the country, particularly in front of mosques and labor housing areas, and can be clearly identified by their big size and signs. The goal is to offer humane aid to people in need.

Fasting people formed long lines in front of tents delivering Iftar meals, as they flocked to distribution sites established by the relevant authorities, many charitable organizations, and Red Crescent Authority tents.
