Charities from Kuwait and Egypt sign a $500,000 aid agreement for Gaza.

KUWAIT: According to Charities from Kuwait News Agency, representatives of Kuwait’s Society for Relief signed a $500,000 agreement with the Dar Al-Orman charity in Egypt on Sunday to deliver critical humanitarian goods to Palestinians in Gaza.

The deal was in accordance with the orders of Kuwait’s leaders to “amplify” the extent of aid to the Palestinians, according to Dr. Mohammed Al-Sharhan, a trustee of the Kuwaiti charity.

An air bridge built by Kuwait carried about 500 tons of humanitarian supplies.

He gave an overview of earlier relief efforts for the Palestinians in Gaza, such as the air bridge that carried about 500 tons of supplies for relief efforts.

Leading Dar Al-Orman, Ahmad AI-Gendi, stated that it was both morally and legally required to support the Palestinians, and he commended Kuwaiti nonprofits for their efforts in meeting the immediate needs of Gaza’s civilian population.
