(BLINC) is proud to announce the MENA $10 Million Deep Tech Space Tech Challenge, a groundbreaking event set to take place on October 29th, 30th, and 31st, 2024, at Deep Dive Dubai and Expo City Dubai. This prestigious event, under the patronage of the Al-Maktoum Investment Group, will feature the participation of numerous esteemed members of the Royal Family, celebrating their commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship as part of the World Leaders Award and World Business Forum.

The MENA $10 Million Deep Tech Space Tech Challenge aims to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the space and deep tech sectors by providing a platform for aspiring entrepreneurs, professionals, hobbyists, and startups to showcase their cutting-edge solutions. The event will bring together thousands of space professionals, hobbyists, students, and enthusiasts from around the globe, representing over 200 teams.

A unique aspect of the event includes specific challenges such as underwater space suit testing and underwater drone judging, which will be held at premier venues like Deep Dive Dubai. These challenges will push the boundaries of innovation, offering participants the opportunity to develop and test their solutions in real-world environments.

In addition to the participants, the event will attract over 100 investors, solution providers, incubators, and accelerators, collectively representing over $200 billion worth of assets. These stakeholders, eager to invest in the space industry, will actively participate in the pitch competitions, providing invaluable opportunities for networking, funding, and collaboration. One of the intended long-term goals is the announcement and establishment of a dedicated Space Tech and Deep Tech Private Investment Fund for the UAE and the MENA region, further solidifying the region’s position as a hub for innovation and technological advancement.
