During an official visit to Bahrain on Wednesday, Saudi Press Agency said that Nawaf bin Mohammed Al-Maawda, the minister of justice, Islamic affairs, and endowments in Bahrain, met with Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, the minister of Hajj and Umrah in Saudi Arabia.
Al-Maawda greeted Al-Rabiah and his delegation and emphasized the two nations’ long-standing relationship, which has continued to grow under their respective presidents.
The authorities talked about how to improve coordination for the Hajj and Umrah during their visit. Al-Maawda confirmed that Bahrain’s Supreme Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs is eager to coordinate its efforts with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
He emphasized that a series of meetings between the Saudi and Bahraini ministries was how the committee started getting ready for the Hajj season.
The minister also applauded the recent introduction of the Saudi Arabian ministry’s comprehensive growth plan, which aims to expedite the Hajj registration process. Al-Maawda also mentioned services like the Nusuk platform in his praise of the Saudi government for its outstanding care for pilgrims from other Islamic nations.
