As the 7th Misk Global Forum gets underway in Riyadh, young people are urged to get large.

Under the theme “The Big Now,” As the 7th  Misk Global Forum (MGF) kicked off on Wednesday in the ancient Diriyah neighborhood. Over the course of the three days, leaders, thinkers, and innovators from all over the world came to attend.

The Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) organized the forum, an annual flagship event that empowered and connected young leaders through networking and conversations to promote positive global change. MGF provides a dynamic forum for lively debates, idea sharing, and networking opportunities to develop young people’s potential, promote teamwork, and spark constructive global change.

Dr. Badr Al-Badr, CEO of Misk Foundation, stated during his opening remarks at the forum that this edition is the biggest with over 40,000 attendance. Saudi Vision 2030 is the source of this year’s forum tagline, “The Big Now,” according to Al-Badr. “The Big Now” seeks to encourage youth to think broadly and act quickly to address issues before they become bigger ones. He clarified that “Big” stands for having aspirational ideas and thoughts, while “Now” highlights taking prompt action.

The head of Misk stated that the forum’s sub-theme, “Think Big, Act Now,” inspires young leaders to set ambitious objectives and move quickly and deliberately toward achieving their goals. Al-Badr emphasized that the most poignant illustration of this is the Vision 2030.
