Healthy Dream Food, Abu Dhabi Branch 1, located in Abu Dhabi, was administratively closed by the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) on the grounds that it had violated law no. 2 for 2008 regarding food in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the regulations issued thereunder, endangering the public’s health. The company is registered under trade license number CN-4031247.
The restaurant was fined three times and received a warning of administrative closure for several reasons, including its non-compliance with health standards and public safety requirements and the spread of insects in food preparation areas. The ADAFSA explained that the food control report stated that the administrative closure decision followed the restaurant’s repeated violations of food safety requirements.
It further stated that the administrative closure order would remain until the eatery met all standards for serving wholesome and secure meals. The ADAFSA stated that all facilities, regardless of their nature and food products, are subject to routine inspection. It further stated that the closure and discovery of the observed violations came as part of the inspection efforts aimed at strengthening the food safety system in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and ensuring the abidance of all facilities to food safety requirements.
