Abu Dhabi airport welcomes the first aircraft from the UAE carrying youngsters from Gaza.

Arriving in Abu Dhabi on Saturday morning was the first group of Palestinian children from Gaza who would be treated in UAE facilities.

The Palestinian youngsters who would be receiving medical care in nearby hospitals are scheduled to be picked up by ambulances and emergency personnel.

At the tarmac of Abu Dhabi International Airport, emergency squads and ambulances prepared to receive the children were fully furnished with stretchers and all other required equipment.

As part of the UAE’s humanitarian efforts, one thousand Palestinian children, including these young people, will be airlifted in from the war-torn Gaza area. They arrive with their families.
