He stated that, first reported by our colleagues at Hotelier Middle East, the project’s opening could change the face of the UAE.

With an estimated cost of Dhs14 billion, the resort will have 1,500 rooms, suites, and villas, where you can also look forward to shopping and spa facilities along with dining and lounge experience.

Designed for both more extended visits and day trips from neighboring emirates, the resort has something for everyone. – including state-of-the-art laser and light shows at night.

Billings said, ” We have spent the previous year carefully programming and conception Wynn Al Marjan Island, carefully considering its unique location. I am incredibly proud of our  development and design  team’s ability to impact our rich, thoughtful design legacy into a sun-soaked beachside resort that will delight every customer, new and old.”

He added, ” We look forward to opening Wynn Al Marjan Island in early 2027.”

The proposed site has been a historically popular staycation spot for residents of Dubai who wish to have quick getaways.

Although Wynn would be one of the Vegas-based brands to come to the UAE.

And another is Caesars Palace Dubai at Bluewaters Island.
