A billionaire from Dubai has proposed creating a fund to assist mothers in the United Arab Emirates, given their crucial role in raising the next generation. Al Habtoor Group founder and chairman Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor announced on Thursday that he would donate up to Dh100 million to the fund.
Since mothers are the most significant members of the family, the UAE government has launched several initiatives to meet their needs. We have a deep affection for this land. We are accountable for helping mothers in the UAE. I propose creating a fund specifically for this purpose and urging wealthy individuals to contribute to it. “During the ‘Open Talk with Khalaf Al Habtoor’ at his company’s head office, I can contribute Dh25 million to Dh100 million,” Al Habtoor stated.
He recommended that mothers give their youngest children’s care top priority. He went on to say that having both parents is essential to raising children and that they must shield them from the threats that come with living in the modern world.
Al Habtoor is a renowned benefactor. Through a social media app in Lebanon, he provided “psychological and physical treatment to children who were sexually abused” this month. He declared his willingness to offer these young people all their required assistance.
Al Habtoor declared it would provide Dh17 million in financial support to repair damaged Emirati homes during the record-breaking rains that fell on the UAE on April 16. Additionally, he offered hotel rooms to families affected by the rain.
