UAE Applauds the Ruling of the World Court to Stop Israeli Abuses and to Safeguard Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has welcomed the preliminary rulings of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding the Gaza Strip. These rulings call for the implementation of interim measures to safeguard the lives of civilians in Gaza, as well as the cessation of any remarks or actions, direct punishment, and public incitement to commit genocide against the Palestinian people residing in the Strip.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that the United Arab Emirates supports the International Court of Justice’s ruling, which seeks to stop Israeli abuses and safeguard the Palestinian people.

The Ministry emphasized that the UAE values South Africa’s efforts and reiterates how critical it is to protect people and make sure that humanitarian and relief supplies are brought in quickly, sustainably, and without hindrance.

Additionally, the authority called for halting the escalation of violence and fatalities in the occupied Palestinian territories. It also reaffirmed how critical it is to realize the two-state solution with an independent state for the Palestinian people.
