Dental and optical insurance coverage costs UAE residents anywhere from Dh3,000 to over Dh100,000.

According to industry executives, health insurance plans that encompass dental and optical care are available at a starting price of Dh3,000 and can extend up to nearly Dh100,000 per person. Avinash Babur, CEO of Insurancemarket.ae, noted that the incorporation of eye and dental coverage in a health insurance package for UAE residents usually commences around Dh4,500. However, the actual cost may fluctuate depending on factors like the individual’s age, the hospital network covered by the plan, and the specified coverage area.

It’s important to keep in mind that the cost of an insurance plan might exceed Dh100,000 per person. The more premium the hospital network charges and the more extensive the coverage, the higher the cost of the plan. Babur said Khaleej Times.

From basic to incredibly comprehensive coverage, he claimed that this broad spectrum represents the various needs and tastes of insurance consumers. When the insurance is issued, additional factors such the policy buyer’s medical history, the desired level of coverage, and their preference for healthcare providers are taken into account.
