UAE's renowned Expo pavilion is returning to dazzle COP28 attendees; see what's inside

Recall the UAE Pavilion designed like a falcon wing that amazed millions of people during Expo 2020 Dubai? After being refurbished, the LEED Platinum-certified building is currently open as the UAE’s House of Sustainability.

The UAE House of Sustainability in the Green Zone will be open to tourists from December 3 to December 12, according to the Year of Sustainability team. From November 30 to December 12, Expo City Dubai will host the COP28 climate change summit, which is open to both residents and visitors.

As Commissioner-General of the UAE Pavilions at COP28 and Minister of Climate Change and Environment for the United Arab Emirates, Mariam bint Mohammed Almheiri stated: “There is much we can learn for the future from the past and the natural world around us.” The UAE House of Sustainability will serve as a forum for discussion and celebration of these concepts. Delegates and members of the public will be inspired by the actions we have done thus far to address climate change and will have a clear understanding of our future goals when they visit the UAE House of Sustainability at COP28.
