The Honorable The world’s biggest event for the aerospace, space, and defense industries, the 18th Dubai Airshow, kicked off on Monday at the Dubai World Central (DWC) and was toured by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai.
From November 13 to 17, the largest edition of the festival will take place, bringing together nearly 1,400 exhibitors from 148 nations.
Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Mohammed stated that the UAE, led by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, will continue to be a major force in determining the direction of many industries by bringing together global stakeholders to develop fresh concepts and solutions that will spur economic expansion.
This dedication stems from the nation’s deep conviction that teamwork is essential in addressing global issues. The United Arab Emirates is committed to tackling worldwide issues and actively taking part in projects that support a thriving and sustainable world,” he declared.
Sheikh Mohammed praised the event’s history of consistent expansion as well as its contribution to the global aviation industry’s recent upswing in growth.
“For more than thirty years, the Dubai Airshow has been the premier aviation industry event worldwide. The multibillion dollar agreements signed during the show have improved the aviation industry’s prospects and given it the ability to overcome obstacles. Dubai is the location where difficulties become chances and where failure creates fresh avenues for achievement.
