At the Arab-Islamic Summit hosted by Saudi Arabia, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman called for an immediate stop to the conflict in Gaza and the release of hostages. He highlighted the crucial need for unified efforts among Arab and Islamic nations to bring an end to the crisis. The Crown Prince emphasized Saudi Arabia’s ongoing commitment to resolving the situation, underscoring that achieving regional stability depends on concluding the occupation and establishing a Palestinian state, with East Jerusalem as its capital.

Leaders from Arab and Asian nations, including Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi, Palestine’s President Mahmoud Abbas, Egypt’s Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, Jordan’s King Abdullah II, Syria’s Bashar al-Assad, and Iraq’s Abdul Latif Rashid, convened at the summit.

United in purpose, regional leaders jointly called for an immediate end to hostilities in Gaza, addressing crucial matters such as international protection for Palestinians, potential sanctions on Israel, and the urgent need for a lasting ceasefire.

Amid rising tensions, these leaders emphasized the need for global cooperation to tackle the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and work towards a comprehensive resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The summit’s conclusion featured a united call for an end to the bloodshed and a collective stance on pivotal matters facing the region.
