In certain regions of the UAE, it’s raining. The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) reports that strong rain was experienced in internal Sharjah areas as well as in Fujairah, Abu Dhabi, and Ras Al Khaimah.
On Saturday afternoon, a few areas of Dubai, notably Al Marmoom and Al Lisalli, reported light rainfall.
According to the NCM, skies in the UAE are predicted to be partly cloudy to cloudy with some rain-bearing clouds, notably along the coast and to the east and north, like in Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah.
In the afternoon, there was an increase in cloud cover, and strong winds were predicted by the NCM. Additionally, residents have been cautioned against going to wadis, valleys, or flood-prone places.
It is recommended that drivers travel cautiously, cautiously, slowly, and steer clear of places that are flooded.
Additionally, according to the NCM, a rise in relative humidity is predicted for Sunday morning and throughout the night, resulting in the creation of mist and fog over several interior and coastal areas.
The NCM had forecasted that dust will be blown over the nation by moderate southeasterly to northeasterly winds with velocities ranging from 20 to 35 km/h, with occasional gusts up to 40 km/h.
