Al Ansari Financial Services shareholders receive a dividend of Dh300 million.

Paying’ minimum’ Dh300m for the second half of ’23 is the DFM listed currency exchange company.

Al Ansari Financial Services, based in Dubai, has distributed its first dividend to shareholders since becoming public in April. The payout is worth Dh300 million, or four fils per share. April will see the payment of the second installment, which is a “minimum” of Dh300 million for the entire year 2023.

The shares of the currency exchange company has been trading at a 10% premium above its initial public offering price. Rashed Ali Al Ansari, Group CEO, stated, “We believe that this approval reflects our commitment to ensuring consistent returns and long-term value for our shareholders.”
