We recently interviewed Rosheen Ngorima, Founder and Managing Director of Neeps Accounting and Business Consulting Services. She is a qualified accountant and a Finance expert, apart from being a founder and entrepreneur. She is an insightful finance leader who can build creative and innovative experiences. Apart from this, she is a fantastic leader of the Female Founders Initiative Middle East and Africa, which also provides a voice to female business leaders and solutions. Early Life And Education
We wanted to know about Rosheen Ngorima’s early life and educational background. So we started the interview by asking, “Tell us something about you, your early life, and your education.”
Rosheen Ngorima shared, “I was born in Zimbabwe and moved to South Africa, where I did part of my secondary education and subsequently my university.”
Presence In The Industry
We were intrigued to see the presence and position of Rosheen’s business in the GCC region. We asked, “Tell us about the business and its presence in the GCC.”
Rosheen Ngorima shared, “I run a series of businesses in the UAE. An accounting firm called Neeps Accounting and Business Consulting Services. It is predominantly present in the Middle East, and we do a lot of accounting work for most legal firms and company registrations.
I also Co-Founded a Procurement company called Melwil Procurement and Supply. We source from any part of the world on behalf of the individual, private sector, and government sector at very competitive prices; we negotiate on your behalf so you get the best deals. And once we have procured, we deliver right to your doorstep.”
Plans For Business Growth
When it comes to business growth, there are no shortcuts. Keeping a proper strategy and plans for taking the business to success. We asked, “What are some of the growth and expansion plans you have in your pipeline?”
Rosheen Ngorima shared, “With Neeps – we are already scaling up and now targeting CFO services for MMEs and consulting with a few government entities. With Melwil, we have invested in research and development to push the boundaries of procurement technology and logistics. This includes refining the existing models, developing new models, and expanding the range of tasks so we can provide the best services to our clients.”
Current Year For The Business
The pandemic held the progress of many businesses after its outbreak, making situations even more rigid for all the businesses out there. So we asked, “How has the year been for your company?”
Rosheen Ngorima shared, “The year has been quite eventful and filled with opportunities and challenges, especially with Melwil Procurement. We have experienced notable achievements and milestones, including expanding into new markets or securing significant partnerships with different government stakeholders.
At the same time, we have also encountered our fair share of obstacles, such as supply chain disruptions or changes in market dynamics owing to the economic meltdown we are currently facing. However, we have approached these challenges with resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.”

Rosheen Ngorima shared, “I am the Founder of Female Founders Initiative Middle East and Africa. The Female Founders Initiative Middle East and Africa (FFI MEA) program is designed to support and empower female entrepreneurs in the Middle East and Africa regions. It aims to address the gender gap in entrepreneurship by providing resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to women starting or growing their businesses.
The FFI MEA initiative focuses on several key areas:
Access to Capital: Recognizing women’s challenges in accessing funding, the initiative strives to connect female founders with investors and provide them with the knowledge and skills needed to secure financial support for their ventures.
Mentorship and Support: FFI MEA offers mentorship programs, connecting experienced entrepreneurs and professionals with aspiring female founders. This mentorship provides guidance, advice, and industry insights to help women navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship.
