In the UAE, celebrations have started to honor the Mangoes king of fruits. During these celebrations, guests can savor various mango-based treats and discover their preparation techniques. There will also be a ton of giveaways and prizes available.
Mangoes, mostly from Yemen, Pakistan, and India, have arrived in the country in various varieties. Prices range from Dh4 per kilogram to Dh620 for two 800-gram Miyazakai mangoes.
In collaboration with the Pakistani Consulate General, Pakistan Association Dubai will host the Mangolicious Way—Connecting Hearts festival on July 5 and 6 at its Oud Metha location. The first day of the festival, which is invite-only, will feature a variety of events for entire families, and the public can attend on the second day.
A wide variety of mangoes from Pakistan will be available for tasting. Guests can also watch chefs prepare mouthwatering dishes using mangoes, learn how to incorporate mangoes into recipes and savor a variety of mango desserts. Additionally, there will be magic shows, enjoyable games and competitions, giveaways, and shopping opportunities for guests.
Agricultural businesses, farmers, and prosperous families will participate in the expo to display their varied fruit harvests, including various citrus fruits and mangoes. Daily hours for the festival are 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
