Dubai South and AGMC Reach an Agreement to Open a Dhs500 Million Facility

To better serve customers of its automotive brands, including BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, and others, AGMC, one of the top importers of luxury vehicles in the United Arab Emirates, has signed a deal to open a new Dhs500 million showroom and service center at Dubai South. Dubai South is the most extensive single-urban master development focusing on aviation, logistics, and real estate.

Jan Felton, Managing Director of Al Batha Group, the parent company of AGMC; Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties; Sheikh Sultan Ahmed Mohamed Al Qassimi; Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South; and other senior executives from both entities were present when the agreement was signed.

In addition to housing vehicles from brands like BMW, MINI, Rolls Royce, and others, the 33,000 square meter new, state-of-the-art facility will be constructed to the highest standards possible, outperforming any current facilities. It will also include a fully functional service center where clients can receive maintenance and after-sale support.

Jan Felton thanked Sheikh Salim Bin Mohammad Al Qasimi for his ongoing encouragement and support in investments and expressed his happiness at being a part of Dubai South’s progressive development plans, which are in line with the Vision of the UAE Leadership, by providing the best facilities and services to its esteemed clients.
