A cat clinging to a door doorknob in the middle of flooding waters is saved by a Dubai Police rescue team, according to a video that has gone viral online. Many internet users have shown their interest in the touching moment.
Moroccan resident in Abu Dhabi Mohamed El Aazaoui has been pulling cats off the streets for almost ten years. He rescued four kittens, along with their mother and other local cats, from the basement on Tuesday. I’ve observed two dead cats so far. We’ll learn more as the water recedes.
Zeba, an animal enthusiast who has lived in Sharjah for 21 years, was alerted to the weather warnings. “We wanted to construct a shelter, but we could not do it there since the park is public land. To prevent the areas from becoming wet, we set up tarps, wood, and towels to secure them. We conducted this in three to four places.”
