The 32nd ‘Birds of Goodness’ airdrop operation, which successfully delivered 87 tons of humanitarian aid and Eid apparel to northern Gaza, was announced by the Ministry of Defense’s Joint Operations Command.
Five aircraft took part in the airdrop: two C17s from the UAE Air Force, two C295s, and one C130 from the Egyptian Air Force.
Airdropped goods included unique Eid dress parcels for families and necessities like food. These packages included toys, clothing, candies, and other goods for the whole family. In addition to easing their suffering, the expedition sought to meet the needs of the Palestinian people in Gaza during Eid Al-Fitr.
The operation concentrated on remote, hard-to-reach places in northern Gaza. Twenty-five tons of food and humanitarian materials have been distributed since the start of “Birds of Goodness.”
Including airdrops via “Birds of Goodness” and ground shipments via the Kerem Shalom border, the UAE has already transported approximately 2,395 tons of relief to the northern Gaza region.
Operation ‘Chivalrous Knight 3‘ involves the ‘Birds of Goodness’ campaign, which aims to aid the Palestinian population in Gaza.
After obtaining the aid, Palestinians praised the UAE and said, “Shukran, Emarat.”
