At the most recent Dubai Duty-Free Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise draw, which took place on Wednesday at Concourse B of Dubai International Airport, a Dutch citizen was declared the new dollar millionaire.
A thirty-year-old Dutch national in Dubai, Saro Djerrrahian, won $1 million in the Millennium Millionaire Series 455 using ticket number 1433, which he bought while vacationing in Yerevan, Armenia.
Djerrrahian has frequently participated in the Dubai Duty-Free campaign for the past two years and has lived in Dubai for three years. He works for a domestic e-commerce company.
“I sincerely appreciate Dubai Duty Free. I will keep participating in this fantastic promotion,” he declared.
From the promotion’s launch in 1999 till now, Djerrahian is the third Dutch national to have won $1 million.

The Finest Surprise draw was held for two luxury automobiles and two motorbikes after the Millennium Millionaire draw.
