1. Availability of electronic permits in the establishment.

2. The recruited workers must be at least 18 years old.

3. Specialized professions should adhere to specific requirements.

4. The workers’ profession should follow the establishment’s field of activity.

5. The establishment should possess a valid license.

6. The recruitment request should be submitted by the legally authorized representative of the establishment, and thereby a work permit must be obtained.

7. No existing work permit should be in place for the workers who are being recruited.

Individuals must obtain a permit from the UAE Ministry before committing to any work within the country. Moreover, recruiting or employing workers without a valid work permit is strictly prohibited.

Besides, according to the type and nature of the job, the Ministry issues 12 different types of work permits that allow establishments to register with the Ministry for obtaining work permits.

Conclusion:

Above mentioned seven conditions are being released by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for private-sector employers registered with the Ministry for hiring new foreign workers.
