UAE: Since 2022, around 1,000 businesses have disregarded the Emiratization targets.

995 enterprises have been determined to have broken the Emiratization targets since mid-2022, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization.

The notification was made by the authority in a post on X, and they have requested that pertinent parties refrain from engaging in such detrimental behaviour.

One thousand six hundred sixty examples of fictitious emiratization have been reported to date.

According to the instance, companies that have violated this policy have been fined anything from Dh20,000 to Dh100,000.

The authority issued the notification in a post on X, and pertinent parties have been urged to abstain from such harmful actions.

It also encouraged everyone to use the Mohre app or contact the call centre to report practices that go against Emiratization’s policies and decisions.
