UAE leaders inquire about the condition of injured Emirati government officials.

The pair of Emiratis who were hurt in the Prague mass shooting are both employed by UAE government agencies. The Crown Prince of Dubai personally called them on Friday to inquire about their well-being.

The pair was identified as Rowdah Al Mehrizi, director of marketing and corporate communication at the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) in Dubai, and Ahmed Ebrahim Obaid Ali Al Ali, director-general of the Umm Al Quwain Municipality, in a statement issued by the Dubai Media Office.
The Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, wished them a speedy recovery and assured them that the UAE Government would offer all required support during the phone call.

He said all necessary actions and resources would be “devoted to assisting UAE citizens facing difficult circumstances anywhere in the world.”

To guarantee that the two citizens receive the finest care possible, the Dubai Crown Prince also issued directions to the relevant authorities.

The Honorable The couple also received a call from Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, the ruler of Umm Al Quwain and a member of the Supreme Council, who inquired about their well-being.
