UAE closely Monitoring reports Regarding the Iranian President's helicopter Incident with Deep Concern

The media reports about the incident involving the Iranian President and his entourage are being closely monitored by the UAE with great concern.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has declared that it is closely monitoring the media reports concerning the tragic incident involving the helicopter that was transporting Dr. Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and several other officials.

The Iranian President, his Foreign Minister, and their entourage are to be protected by God, the UAE’s Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Saif Mohammed Al Zaabi, said in a statement. The UAE stands in solidarity with the Iranian people who live next door during these difficult times.

He emphasised that the wise leadership had instructed and directed the embassy to support its sister country, Iran, and the embassy is ready to do everything in its power to aid in search and rescue efforts. The UAE has stated that it is closely monitoring the media reports concerning the tragic incident involving the helicopter transporting Hossein Amir Abdollahian, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ebrahim Raisi, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and several other officials.
