Turkey Visa Process: To enter Turkey, Saudi Arabia citizens need a valid visa. However, Turkey provides various types of visas, depending on the duration and intention. Hence, if you want to visit the country for tourism or business purposes, the electronic Turkish e- visa is the perfect pick for you. 

It is being said that the Turkey e- visa is a short-term visa. Hence, if you want to stay in the country for extended periods, you might have to apply for a traditional visa. Here is everything you need about Turkey visas for Saudi Arabia, Omani, and Kuwaiti citizens.

Turkey Visa potions for Saudi Arabians

Turkey is the most popular destination worldwide, with astounding landscapes, delicious cuisines, and many more. Besides, the country is also known for its hospitality to citizens of other nationalities. 

For different nationalities, Turkey offers various types of visas. Many countries even enjoy visa exemption, meaning they do not have to get a visa to enter Turkey. But Saudi Arabia citizens have to obtain a valid visa to enter Turkey. 

Below are different types of visas that you can get. 

Electronic Visa

For tourism and business purposes, Turkey offers electronic visas to Saudi nationals. This visa is perfect for those who don’t want to waste their precious time visiting the Turkey embassy, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs allows you to apply for an e- visa from the comfort of your home. 

Saudi e visa is a short-term visa for which Saudi passport holders and official ones can apply for this. Once you get your document, you can stay in Turkey for about 90 to 180 days. Besides, the Turkey e- visa is a multiple entry visa, which means you don’t have to apply every time to visit the country. 

Traditional Visa

In a Traditional visa, you must stay in the country for more than 90 days. Unlike the visa, you can apply online. Hence you have to visit the nearest Turkey mission. 

Transit Visa

You can stay in Turkey under this visa when traveling to another country. This visa allows you to transit through the country and stay in Turkey for up to 2 days. 

Turkey Visa for Omani Citizens

Under the E visa program by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched in 2013, Omani travelers can live in Turkey for up to 90 days for tourism or business. After this, Omani can obtain a multiple entry visa to Turkey valid for up to 90 days. Turkey visa online for citizens of Oman is the easiest and fastest way to get the necessary entry permissions. 

Documents required for Omani Citizens:

  • A valid passport from Oman for at least 150 days 
  • You can use a debit or credit card or a Paypal account for the Turkey Visa Online 
  • A valid email address for the Visa approval message and to receive the Turkey Visa in their inbox. 

Turkey Visa for Kuwaiti citizens

Kuwaiti people can obtain a visa for Turkey easily and quickly through Turkey’s Electronic Visa. Under this visa, they can enter by land, air, or sea. Kuwitis should bring a passport valid for at least 60 days following their visit to Turkey. The application process is a simple questionnaire that can be filled out online. Travelers from Kuwait are exempted from visiting an embassy or consulate. 

Required documents for Kuwaiti citizens

  • A relevant passport with a validity of 60 days or more after the trip 
  • You can use a credit or debit card or a Paypal account to pay for the visa online 
  • Travel tickets to Turkey 
  • You need to give an email address to receive the Turkey eVisa in your inbox.

Turkey Visa for Saudi Citizens

Saudi Citizens can obtain eVisa to enter Turkey. If you come to Turkey and stay for more than 90 days, you need to apply for a visa at the Turkish Embassy in Saudi Arabia. Applying for an e-visa takes only a few minutes. The visa application can be made from home or office. The Turkey eVisa application is 100% online without the need to visit the Turkish Embassy in Saudi Arabia. 

Required documents for Saudi Citizens

  • A relevant passport – your passport should have a minimum validity of 6 months after departing from Turkey 
  • Email address for receiving the necessary travel documentation 
  • Credit card or debit card or Paypal for the payment methods.
