The UAE China Tyre and Auto Parts Expo Opens.

The third edition of the UAE China Tyre & Auto Parts Expo began on Monday at Expo Centre Sharjah. The three-day event, organized by Inter Commerce Expo Corporation with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), features over 300 Chinese manufacturers and companies specializing in tyres and auto parts, components, equipment, and tools, representing a 130 percent increase in the number of exhibitors from the previous show.
The 3rd UAE China Tyre & Auto Parts Expo 2024 was inaugurated by Sheikh Majid Faisal Khalid Al Qasemi, First Vice Chairman, in the presence of Saif Mohamed Al Midfa, CEO, Expo Centre Sharjah, as well as some official figures and diplomatic corps members.

According to Saif Mohamed Al Midfa, the global automotive industry is undergoing significant changes due to technological advancements, changing consumer preferences, shifting market dynamics, and supply chain challenges. Though the UAE is known for its preference for luxury and high-performance vehicles, we are seeing a gradual shift in the landscape, with the country’s used car market experiencing unprecedented growth and a shift toward more diverse mobility options. As the government invests in infrastructure and consumer preferences shift, demand for car spare parts will remain strong, supporting the aftermarket industry.
