Temperatures in the UAE are Predicted to Decrease Significantly in the Next Several Days.

Due to the current weather, In the UAE, which could last until Saturday, February 3, 2024, various intensities of rain continued to fall on various parts of the nation on Thursday, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

The development of a surface air depression from the southwest, along with humid southeasterly winds and an extension of an air depression in the upper layers of the atmosphere, as well as a westerly air current and cloud movement from the southwest, are the causes of this weather phenomenon. This will cause periodic temperature drops and the production of cumulus clouds across dispersed areas of the nation, according to the NCM.

Rain fell in many places in Fujairah: Dibba, Al Tawayen, Al Hail, and Mirbah; Wadi Al Qour, Al Hamraniya, Wadi Shawka, Wadi Asfni; Dhaya, Thuban, and Masafi; Ras Al Khaimah; Umm Al Quwain: Al Labsa and Falaj Al Mualla; Dubai: Margham, Al Khawaneej, and Lehbab; Sharjah: Sharjah International Airport, Emirates Road, and Khorfakkan; and in sporadic areas of Ajman.

The NCM further stated that around 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, Jebel Jais, Ras Al Khaimah, recorded the lowest temperature in the nation, 9.2°C.
