The Honorable The Dubai Government Excellence Program’s 2024 edition ended today as Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai and the UAE’s vice president and prime minister, presented the Dubai Government Excellence Awards winners. Sheikh Mohammed praised the 12 government agencies and 8 people who received awards during a ceremony held at the Dubai World Trade Center, praising Dubai’s government for setting an example of leadership and quality worldwide.
Since its inception 27 years ago, the Dubai Government Excellence Program has consistently promoted excellence, making exceptional performance a defining characteristic of the Dubai government. We aspire to keep up with society’s expectations to improve government work further and create one of the world’s leading cities. As it is today, the Government of Dubai is a global model, he stated.
“Congratulations to all the winners and participants on your achievements; you are trailblazers and role models in performance and innovation,” Sheikh Mohammed continued. The Dubai Government’s unwavering pursuit of excellence and its culture of healthy competition makes me proud.
