Sheikh Hamdan authorizes a Dhs152 million performance bonus for Dubai government workers.

Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, approved the distribution of a performance-based bonus worth Dhs152 million to civilian employees of Dubai Government entities, as directed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. The goal of the decision is to inspire staff members to continuously do exceptional work.

Sheikh Hamdan emphasized that the Dubai government upholds its long-standing directives to develop human competencies and inspire individuals to give their best effort in a way that improves the quality of life, as well as its ongoing provision of an excellent work environment for its cadres and the launch of initiatives that foster generosity and creativity.

The statement made by Sheikh Hamdan read as follows: “We have decided to offer Dhs152 million in performance bonuses to employees who demonstrate exceptional loyalty and performance while working as a cohesive team. This move aligns with the approach that the Dubai government has developed over the past few decades to prioritize human welfare, promote initiative and creativity, present innovative ideas, and assist their owners in putting them into practice. This embodies the spirit of Dubai’s successful experience in management and flexible government work that keeps pace with developments and the aspirations of society, positively impacts citizens’ quality of life, and helps achieve the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.”
