Sharjah International Airport Honors the Ramadan Spirit.

In keeping with the unique ambiance of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Sharjah International Airport is carrying out its yearly program of offering daily Iftar meals to travelers arriving in and departing from Sharjah.

In an admirable humanitarian effort that captures the spirit of the Holy Month, this project seeks to take advantage of this unique occasion to improve the travel experience for departing and arriving passengers, making their trips more comfortable and seamless.

In keeping with an annual tradition, Sharjah Airport staff greets arriving travelers with blessings for a blessed month and provides them with Iftar meals, dates, and Arabic coffee. This shows the true essence of Emirati hospitality to travelers who are fasting.

This program reflects all that contributes to establishing honorable social customs and traditions among the local community and translates the message of the Sharjah Airport Authority to improve a comprehensive system for community involvement. The initiative is based on the airport’s strategy to provide exceptional customer service at the highest standards.
