The President, His Excellency Vladimir Putin Russia’s president Federation, visited Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Wednesday when he was in the United Arab Emirates on an official visit.
Official ceremonies were staged in Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi upon the arrival of Putin’s motorcade. A procession of riders on Arabian horses followed his caravan.
A 21-gun artillery salute in honor of the visit and a flypast by the UAE Air Force aerobatic team Al Fursan, which trailed smoke in the colors of the Russian flag, were also part of the official greeting ceremony.
The Russian President’s aircraft was escorted by UAE Air Force aircraft as it entered UAE airspace.
His Highness was among those present during the reception. Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Head of the Presidential Court Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Lt. Gen. Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; Sheikh Hamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan; Sheikh Khaled Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi; Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi.
