We recently had the privilege of interviewing Mohamad Jandali, Founder of Flourish Digitals, a LinkedIn Management agency helping entrepreneurs of the GCC turn their LinkedIn into magnet for opportunity. Over these years, Mohamad has been crafting his B2B sales skills in both micro and macro aspects, he relied heavily on LinkedIn for his sales operations and lead generation. Apart from running media businesses, Mohamad Jandali is passionate about cold emailing, lead generation, B2B selling, and for that he’s been focusing last year on helping founders sell.

In this insightful interview, Mohamad Jandali shares his perspective on establishing his business and marking a difference, building the right engagement, estimators of his business success, challenges, and triumphs in this journey.

Spark Behind The Journey

To learn more about Mohamad Jandali’s motivation behind venturing into this industry, we asked, “What inspired you to establish Flourish Digitals, and how do you envision it making a difference in the business world?”

Mohamad Jandali shared, “I only started taking my LinkedIn account seriously a couple of months ago, and am seeing how it magically changes the entrepreneurial game. My account finally worked as my landing page bringing me inbound opportunities.

As someone who studied and tested LinkedIn cover to cover, and as I am recognized by LinkedIn to belong to the top 3% who talks about Sales Development, I thought I should start helping other entrepreneurs achieve what I am achieving on LinkedIn. This is why I started Flourish Digitals, the first Canadian LinkedIn Management Agency operating in GCC.”

Eager to learn about the triumphs of Mohamad Jandali’s agency since its advent, we inquired, “Since launching in late 2023, what notable achievements or successes has Flourish Digitals attained in helping clients enhance their LinkedIn presence and network?”

Mohamad Jandali replied, “In our first month, we were able to partner with 6 high profile individuals in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and UAE, and it was a shock for me as I did not expect that level of need for this service in the market. I grew the team to include a great LinkedIn strategist Nadine Klayme, a branding designer, and 2 amazing LinkedIn copywriters.”

We were curious to learn about the measures that Mohamad Jandali adopts to estimate the success of his business. So, we questioned, “How do you measure the effectiveness and impact of your LinkedIn management services? Are there any specific KPIs you prioritize?”

Mohamad Jandali shared, “At Flourish Digitals, we primarily focus on the quality of posts, engagement charts, followers count, and top voice badge, to measure our success.”

Every business faces certain inevitable challenges. To learn how Mohamad Jandali overcomes the same, we inquired, “What are some common challenges that your clients face when it comes to utilizing LinkedIn for business networking, and how does Flourish Digitals address these challenges?”

Mohamad Jandali replied, “Founders lack one of the following or both, time and strategy. On LinkedIn, all interactions must be strategic; commenting, connecting, DMs, posting, articles contributions, all must align with a broader strategy, and that’s the hardest part of LI.
