Emaar Begins Construction on a Dhs55 Billion Residential Project Close to the Al Maktoum Airport

At a lavish event held on Monday at the Armani Dubai Hotel ballroom, Emaar Properties unveiled “The Heights Country Club & Wellness,” their most recent masterful development.

The event, which brought together essential stakeholders, investors, and VIP guests, marked the beginning of a new era for luxury wellness living in Dubai.

The 81 million-square-foot Heights Country Club & Wellness, with a development value of Dhs55 billion, is thoughtfully planned to create a healthy and happy atmosphere. This perfectly complements the goal of Dubai’s leadership, which is to improve the standard of living and encourage well-being throughout the emirate.

The development combines convenience and wellness and has a highly sought-after location just ten minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport.

The airport is currently undergoing an expansion that will make it five times larger than it is now. This will make it the largest in the world, able to handle 260 million passengers annually, and a mega gateway to the globe.

Located in the centre of the community is a carefully planned wellness centre, encircled by verdant wellness greenways that provide calm routes that meander around the property.
