The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai will celebrate Eid Al Fitr by offering Eid attire, planning fun activities, and giving Eidiya monetary presents to kids, orphans, persevering persons, and students.
The RTA will start several Eid Al Fitr programs in collaboration with the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), the Rashid Centre for People of Determination, the Al Etihad Charity Foundation, and Keolis MHI, the company that runs Roxy Cinema, Dubai Metro, and Tram.
This year, the RTA’s Eid programs will foster community cohesiveness and extend solidarity to deserving individuals and orphans. Distributing traditional Eid clothing, such as the men’s and women’s kandora and makhaweer robes, which emphasize the Emirati identity and the genuineness of the national costume, is one way to spread the joyful delight of Eid.
Males will get traditional Emirati Kandoras as part of this program, which is being implemented in collaboration with the ERC, the Al Etihad Charity Foundation, and Dar Al Hay Gents Tailoring.
Through these joint ventures with public and private institutions, RTA seeks to strengthen alliances and increase cooperation in community-driven activities. Additionally, it aims to initiate cooperative agreements concerning community concerns for the benefit of different social groups nationally and worldwide.
