Dubai: Major exhibition introduces paid entry for visitors in 2024

For its next edition, Dubai Arab Health 2024—the biggest healthcare show in the Middle East—will adopt a visitor ticketing model that requires payment.

There has always been no cost to register as a visitor to the massive healthcare show.

Arab Health will implement a paid ticketing system for event attendees starting January 4. In an email, Informa Markets, the exhibition’s organizer, stated, “This is to ensure meaningful attendance and to guarantee that everyone benefits from meaningful business and learning opportunities.”

For free admission, visitors and citizens of the UAE must register before January 4, 2024. After this date, tourists must pay Dh200 for visits between January 29, 2024, and February 1, 2024, and Dh100 between January 4 and 28, 2024, as an “early bird” offer.

The Dubai World Trade Center will host the four-day Arab Health 2024 from January 29 to February 1, 2024. According to Informa Markets, the exhibition organizer, a record number of foreign exhibitors were present on the show floor when the exhibition was officially sold out in November—more than three months before it was scheduled to open.
