Dubai: Following a Minor Incident at a Russian Airport, Emirates Cancels a Flight

Emirates airline canceled a trip from Moscow to Dubai because of an incident at the Russian airport on Wednesday.

An airline representative confirmed to Khaleej Times that a ground service vehicle contacted the aircraft before boarding began. As a result, every passenger has been assigned to a different flight.

Emirates flight EK134 has been canceled because a ground services vehicle contacted the aircraft before passengers could board. The representative added, “All affected passengers have been rebooked on a later Emirates flight.”

The spokesman for Emirates stated, “Emirates regrets any inconvenience caused; the safety of its passengers and crew is paramount.”

The images of the alleged damage to the Airbus A380 at Moscow Domodedovo Airport were posted by Flightradar24.

Based in Dubai, the airline has announced that it will start activating its fuel deal with Neste at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport this month. Throughout 2024, more than 2 million gallons of blended SAF will be added to Schiphol Airport’s fueling infrastructure.

Using standard industry accounting techniques, the airline will monitor the delivery of SAF into the fuelling systems and environmental advantages. One of the most enormous volumes of SAF that Emirates has ever bought is represented by its relationship with Neste, which was revealed towards the end of last year.
