A Guy is Imprisoned and Fined Dhs50,000 For Stabbing a Store Manager in Dubai

The Asian guy who stabbed the manager of an entertainment business received a three-year prison sentence, a Dhs50,000 fine, and deportation, all upheld by the Dubai Court of Appeal. After the manager learned that the prisoner had cheated and increased his profit while using the amusing gadgets in the store, Asian attacked the manager.

An entertainment store owner at Dubai Investment Park complained in May 2022 that a customer had stabbed the store manager. With a blood-stained knife in tow, the accused was observed leaving the scene.

The guy stabbed the security guard and fled as the guard attempted to apprehend him. Until the cops arrived, he was apprehended by customers and detained. The victim suffered stab wounds to his neck and abdomen and was sent to the hospital.

The victim claimed that the accused had cheated and falsely increased the amount of points he earned from electronic entertainment devices by using an electronic programme, which he then turned into cash from the business.

“Surveillance cameras recorded his fraudulent operations,” he stated. After he promised to report the incident to the authorities, the accused stabbed him in the stomach and neck and ran away. His coworkers made every effort to halt the bleeding, notify the police, and dial an ambulance.

After being sent to the Dubai Public Prosecution, he was eventually found not guilty by the court. The decision was upheld by the Court of Appeal.
