Traveling to Sharjah from Dubai? Due to Floods, Buses have been Suspended and Traffic is Being Redirected.

Residents traveling from Dubai to Sharjah should expect road delays due to the inclement weather. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the suspension of the bus service between Dubai and Sharjah.

Bus Route E315 will be momentarily unavailable as heavy rains continue to fall across the country.

Traffic on a major road between Dubai and Sharjah has also been redirected.

The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced that “due to water accumulation on Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Road in Sharjah, traffic will be diverted to Emirates Road via Tripoli Street.”

This morning, the administration also stated that marine transport services will be suspended “until further notice”.

With bad weather predicted to worsen today, folks are advised to stay at home unless necessary.
