UAE Supports Gaza Strip Healthcare by Sending Ambulances to Al Arish

As part of the continuing Gallant Knight 3 operation, the UAE has delivered fully equipped ambulances to the Egyptian city of Al Arish to support the Gaza Strip’s medical requirements.

This program, in response to the growing need for critical care in the Gaza Strip, enhances the Emirati Integrated Field Hospital’s ability to provide care for the Palestinian population. Serving as one of the top providers of all-inclusive medical care and first aid, the hospital is essential to maintaining the health and welfare of the Palestinian people.

The Emirati Field Hospital has operating rooms that can perform a variety of surgeries in the specialties of orthopaedics, general surgery, and pediatrics, as well as a specialized medical team that specializes in these areas.

Along with specialized clinics for internal medicine, dentistry, orthopaedics, psychiatry, family medicine, and pediatrics, it also offers intensive care for adults and children. This is in addition to medical support services that improve its capacity to provide integrated treatment to its guests and beneficiaries per the highest international standards and protocols. These services include X-ray, CT scan, pharmacy, and a laboratory with the newest equipment for various tests and examinations.
