Sharjah Displays Worldwide Treasures and Opulent Gold Collections.

The 53rd Watch & Jewellery Middle East Show (WJMES) is underway at Expo Centre Sharjah, providing guests with an incredible chance to peruse one of the nati

There’s also a stunning collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts worth Dhs4 million ($1 million) plated in 24-carat gold, as well as Dhs3 million worth of scooters and bicycles that have been similarly gilded.

The exhibition’s wide selection of gold jewelry, each with a distinctive design influenced by Arab and Emirati ancestry, dazzles. One of the exhibition’s main sponsors, Salem Al Shueibi Jewellery, has more than 60,000 items displayed in a 1,200-square-meter space. Its collection consists of historical gold in white gold, weighing between 21 and 18 carats, and an area specifically designated for Arab gold set with diamonds.

The exhibition is notable for its magnificent presentation of the rarest and finest gold jewelry, showcasing local and international designs and drawing inspiration from Emirati and Arab heritage.

The event contains over 500 exhibitors from important companies and known local and international brands, all inside the 53rd edition of the exhibition, which ends on Sunday. The display features unique diamonds, gold adornments, and distinctive pieces of the best quality jewelry.

The world’s tallest shivering, priced at Dhs1.3 million ($355,000) and measuring an astonishing 2.2 meters, is one of the event’s most notable attractions. It is made of pure gold and draws inspiration from traditional Emirati traditions.
