A warning has been issued to people by the UAE Embassy in Tokyo in response to the significant earthquake that struck Japan.

21 earthquakes with a magnitude greater than 4.0 were recorded in the nation, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency. One of these was a significant earthquake (magnitude 7.5) that sent out many tsunami alerts.

Following the sequence of earthquakes, the north shore of central Japan experienced the first tsunami waves, which were roughly one meter high. The Japan Meteorological Agency said that at 4:21 p.m. local time, waves as high as 1.2 meters struck Wajima port in Ishikawa prefecture.

The prefectures of Toyama, Ishikawa, and Niigata on the Sea of Japan side of Japan’s main island, Honshu, were impacted.
