The printing of 100,000 Holy Quran copies is funded by Mohamed Bin Zayed.

The General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments (GAIAE) printed approximately 100,000 copies of the Holy Quran with funding from President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan and oversight from Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

This is the second batch of the Printing the Holy Quran project, which is funded by His Highness the President. The printed materials will be donated to mosques, memory centers, and humanitarian organizations in the United Arab Emirates and outside. The Chairman of the GAIAE, Dr. Omar Habtoor Al Darei, expressed gratitude for the President’s outstanding support of the Quran’s memorization and noted the extraordinary care and attention he devotes to the Quran and its teachings.

This carries on the philosophy of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Founding Father, who set the foundation for the Quran memorization centers. The printing of these 100,000 Holy Quran books is an additional step in the UAE government’s efforts to uphold the Quran and its teachings. The project is a component of the nation’s global outreach to advance Islam and its principles.
