The Noor Riyadh Light Festival's most recent edition breaks six world records.

RIYADH: For the third year in a row, the Royal Commission of Riyadh City’s Noor Riyadh 2023 event has set new Guinness World Records and taken home six more titles.

From Nov. 30 to Dec. 16, the largest festival of light celebrated its third year. It attracted nearly three million visitors with its expansive immersive exhibits spread across five major hubs in the capital of the Kingdom.

In addition to its prior accomplishments, the concert set new global records, increasing the festival’s three-year total to 14 Guinness global Records.

The executive director of Riyadh Art, Khaled Al-Hazani, declared: “Noor Riyadh 2023 has illuminated not only our city but also our hearts and minds.” We are excited about the next show and the ongoing enhancement of Riyadh’s artistic and cultural scene as we end this chapter.

“We are excited to contribute to this dynamic evolution as we work toward transforming the capital into a vibrant, creative global hub and ‘gallery without walls,’ in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.”
