Bahraini King and UAE President Talk About Their Long-Standing Relationship

The President, His Excellency At his Abu Dhabi home on Monday, Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan visited King Hamad Bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Sheikh Mohamed, King Hamad Bin Isa, and other attendees held friendly discussions during the gathering, demonstrating the close ties that exist between Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates, as well as between their leadership and people.

To meet their respective peoples’ aspirations for greater progress and prosperity, Sheikh Mohamed and King Hamad reaffirmed their shared commitment to fortifying these ties, enhancing coordination and cooperation at all levels, and supporting the sustainable development goals of both countries.

Along with other sheikhs and officials, the meeting was attended by Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs, and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Affairs at the Presidential Court. Alongside them were His Highness Shaikh Khalid Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Sports Authority, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC); and His Highness Major General Shaikh Nasser Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Adviser and Commander of the Royal Guard.
